The enterprising capacity of Group Farias was well-known when of the acquisition of Anicuns, in the center-west region of Brazil, allowing this initiative to minimize the traditional difficulties of seasonality of the sugar-alcohol sector, whose crops, in the regions Center-West and Northeast, are alternated during the year.

This initiative optimized the use of the available resources and economically fortified Group Farias, extending its performance in the domestic market.

The unit has a projected capacity to process 2.5 million tons of sugar cane per crop, with flexibility to direct its production for alcohol and/or sugar, according to market demands.
