São José Mill S/A, with a tradition of more than 15 years and due to its privileged logistic in São Paulo state, has allowed itself to sell molasses, to producing industrial units of monosodic glutamate (popularly known for its brand - Ajinomoto) and Lisina (amino acid for animal ration).

The Molasses is commercialized in bulk, with concentration of ATR around 60%.
