Crystal Sugar
It is a more elaborated, white and appropriate sugar for direct consumption. It is sold directly in the domestic market, mainly in the regions North, Northeast and Center-West, for food industries. Group Farias has important partners in the industrial segment, with supply contracts firmed with great national and multinationals companies. Moreover, Group Farias owns two brands, Vale Verde and Ecoçúcar, through which reaches the retail market and, consequently, the final consumer.

Group Farias is prepared to meet its clients' needs, having in its industrial units the capacity to produce the most diverse types of crystal sugar, such as: Type 1 (Special Extra), Type 2 (Special), Type 3 (Superior), Type 4 (Standard). The various types of sugar differ themselves in their physicochemical characteristics, like color, polarization, humidity, ashes, sulfite, dextrane, starch, turbidness and granulometer.

Triturated Sugar
It is just like crystal sugar, but grinded. Its bigger use is in the production of candies and sophisticated cakes, manufactured in Baía Formosa Unit and with commercial brand Ecoçúcar.


Packing
Our sugars can be found in the most diverse types of packings, such as:

• 1 kg, 2 kg and 5 kg net weight polyethylene bag;
• 50 kg net weight polypropylene bag;
• 50 kg net polypropylene bag with internal covering in polyethylene (special request);
• 1,000 kg, 1,200 kg, 1,250 kg flexible container (Big Bag);
• In bulk on special trucks.
