Manufacturing Quality:

Group Farias follows a systematic in quality that is mandatory for food industries. In Brazil, the official Agency is the Health Ministry - Sanitary Monitoring, that follows the premises adopted by the American and Canadian legislations, considered the most demanding of the world.

The objective of Group Farias is to provide to the consumer a safe food (food safety), through the fulfillment of norms, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), also known as APPCC (Analysis of Dangers and Critical Points of Control), an of BPF (Good Practices of Manufacturing).

Currently these quality tools are considered of the most precise and modern, having as objective the prevention of risks of non-conformity (contaminations, deteriorations, physicochemical alterations, microbiological etc.) that can happen in the manufacture, storage and handling of food products.
